Simply Snackin’ is a naturally delicious and nutritious line of gourmet meat snacks with absolutely no artificial ingredients making it the perfect on-the-go healthy snack. Most of their gourmet meat snacks are gluten free and lactose free, including my favorite one, Dried Beef Sirloin with Cranberries and Blueberries. At first I was hesitant about trying beef jerky with fruit added, but I was pleasantly surprised. The beef (all natural sirloin) is very tender and does not remind me of traditional beef jerky at all. The cranberries and blueberries are plump and juicy, and I can actually taste them. They compliment the sirloin nicely and one is only 60 calories with 8 grams of protein, 5 grams of carbs and 3 grams of sugar. This snack is perfect for me to grab on the run when I want a substantial, gluten free, healthy snack, but don’t have time to think about it.
Simply Snackin’ is in fact different from beef jerky because they use only the best cuts of meat and poultry, slow roasted over time to create tender meat snacks instead of dehydrating them which makes them dry and tough. All of the meat and poultry used to make Simply Snackin’ is produced in the United States from farms that are committed to operating in a sustainable manner with responsible use of resources. Celery powder is used to cure the meats naturally, slow-roasted to achieve the USDA-required level of dryness and vacuum packed to preserve freshness. For best flavor, they should be enjoyed by the “Best By” date on the package. Truly good food won’t last forever!
Simply Snackin’ is available online in six varieties and for reasonable prices staring $17.28 for 12 pieces. You can also purchase variety and sampler packs.

You KNOW I have been looking for a jerky that I can eat too…. they are all tempting but I would try the one with apples and cherries first. Wish me luck!
I thought of you too, Elle! The one with the cherries/blueberries is my absolute favorite, but the apples is my second favorite. I think you would like them too. They are so moist and satisfying. Good luck! π
I love beef jerky but was always concerned about the sodium levels and also I am now trying to eliminate gluten from my diet. The combo of fruit/meat sounds delish, so I am looking forward to trying both of the sirloin snacks. But the chicken sounds good too!
I think these are so good, Lisa and like you said, they fit in with so many healthy eating plans. AND – they are naturally cured with no chemicals or additives so that is good for you too. Thank you and good luck! π
